Thank you for considering Kemper Academy for your child’s education. At KA, we are committed to academic excellence, leadership development, strong character, and a
close-knit community where students are known, challenged, and supported. Our admissions process is designed to ensure the best possible fit for both your child and our school.
We are excited to begin enrollment for the 2026–2027 school year at Kemper Academy. Whether you are a returning Ram family or exploring KA for the first time, we are honored that you are considering being part of our school community.
Current Families have received reenrollment instructions via email. Please follow the directions in your FACTS Family Portal to secure your child’s spot for the upcoming school year.
If you are a current family enrolling a new student, or if you are a brand-new family to Kemper Academy, please follow the admissions process outlined below:
To apply for the 2026–2027 school year, please click here to begin the online application. An application fee is required at the time of submission. This fee covers administrative processing as well as required placement testing.
As part of the application process, families will submit a copy of the student’s academic transcript, a behavior report, and an attendance record from the previous school. These documents allow us to gain a full understanding of each applicant’s academic history and school experience.
All students complete math and English placement testing, which is scheduled through our school office. After testing is complete, families will meet with the Head of School to discuss educational goals, expectations, and the opportunities available at Kemper Academy. This conversation is an important part of our process, as we believe strong partnerships between home and school are foundational to student success.
Admission decisions are based on placement testing, academic and school records, the family interview, and completion of the application requirements. Once all materials have been reviewed, families will be notified of their admission status along with next steps for enrollment.
At Kemper Academy, we strive to maintain a fair and transparent admissions process while preserving the high standards and supportive environment that define our Ram Family.
f you have questions at any point in the process, we encourage you to contact our school office. We would be honored to walk alongside your family as you consider joining us for the 2026–2027 school year.
We look forward to welcoming you to Kemper Academy!
